Personally Identifiable Information (PII) can be used to identify, locate or contact a person, or identify an individual in context.
We may ask you to provide your email address, phone number, or other details to help you with your StudyPoo experience.
We store in our database all your information submitted to StudyPoo, excluding your payment information.
If you wish us to remove all your records, please get in touch with us via email at support@StudyPoo.com. Your records will be deleted within two business days.
We collect personal and other necessary information to perform your requests. The data we collect includes but is not limited to information you share when interacting with service providers, date of birth, name, gender, etc.
If you upload photos or videos on StudyPoo.com, we may gather additional data, including but not limited to the time, place, and date the photo or video was taken.
We do not gather, store, or have access to your bank accounts or credit card. All transactions are handled by third-party services through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. StudyPoo gathers personal information you enter when you register, complete a survey, purchase, sign up for a newsletter, etc. We may use it for the following, but not limited, purposes:
sending newsletters and responding to requests or inquiries
processing orders and sending any information and updates related to them
follow up with you after communication (live chat, email, or phone inquiries, etc.).
Per the CAN-SPAM Act, we strive to:
avoid using misleading or fake email addresses or subjects
put the physical address of our site headquarters or our business in messages
check third-party email marketing services for compliance when they one is used
process opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly
include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.

We regularly check the StudyPoo website for malware, security holes, viruses, and other known vulnerabilities to make your experience with us as safe as possible.
We keep all your personal information behind secured networks.
In case a data breach occurs, we will notify StudyPoo.com visitors, users, and vendors via in-site notification within one business day.
Like many other Web sites, StudyPoo.com makes use of log files. These files merely log visitors to the site—usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

StudyPoo.com does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that StudyPoo.com has in its database the personally-identifiable information of a child under the age of 13, be sure to get in touch with us immediately (using the contact in the first paragraph), and we will use our best efforts to remove such information from our records promptly.
